It’s a 4th floor walk up 2 blocks from the Bedford L station, 15 minutes to the city. 3 blocks from the waterfront, 3 blocks from McCarran park. Great restaurants and nightlife all around but our street is quiet.
About me: 40s tech manager. I work hybrid and travel often. Very chill, clean and down to hang but also cool doing my own thing. no cigarettes or pets allowed. I’m into pickleball, yoga, and I go out often but not really late night.
Your room has a huge closet with room for a queen bed and a desk. Lots of light. It’s best for one person (no couples please).
The living room is fully furnished with a huge TV, PlayStation plus Sonos sound system. Small dining table in the fully stocked modern kitchen.
Bathroom has marble tiles and shower. It’s small but very clean and great water pressure.
