Large bedroom for rent in Williamsburg

We have a roommate leaving a month before the lease is up and her room is available. She’s leaving all her furniture in the photos.

First month is 1100 with option to sign onto the lease at the end of the month when it’s renewed. Landlord has already stated he’s raising rent by 200 for the entire apartment for the renewal, so rent would only go up by a third of that.

We are right on the Marcy Ave stop for the J/M line, easy access to Manhattan and interior Brooklyn. We have in unit laundry, a full kitchen, and a full bath. Huge furnished living room and big triple paned windows to keep out noise.

There are currently two cats in the apartment but they will be leaving at the end of the lease after the first month along with myself. The other roommate is planning on staying to renew lease. Some items will be taken with me when I leave at the end of June, but large furniture is remaining entirely.
