I think I found a gem...location, w/d, private patio (2x), good sized living room, bedrooms with closets, good light, updated bathroom etc. Less than a 5 minute walk to the L at Bedford Ave or the L/G at Lorimer/Metropolitan! Amazing restaurants surrounding the apartment. Whole Foods, Equinox, Martha's all super close, and tons of great bars to choose from. Quiet street right in the middle of the action.
If you are interested, let's talk. I work in midtown 4 days a week so not home much during the week, but I do want to be friends with roommates.
We would each be signing a new lease, so please make 40x and have good credit 700+. Moreover, we would be need to split the broker's fee 3 ways (1300 each).
