1 Small Bedroom Available In Williamsburg

Looking for a new roomate for my 2 bedroom apartment Starting June 1st in prime Williamsburg. Place is located 5 minutes walk from Marcy J/M/Z and 12 mins walk to Bedford L Stop. Also many awesome spots 5 mins walk like L’industrie pizza or la milagrosa/ four horsemen …etc. Rent is 1500 utilities are not included and come to about $200 per person. There’s a dishwasher and shared living room. Laundromat literally right next door to building and bodega on the other side. I’m 32 and work in fashion love to party but not bringing the party home also doing more wholesome things :)
