We have a room available in our charming 4-bedroom duplex starting June 1st! It’s an adorable apartment in the heart of South Williamsburg (on South 4th between Bedford and Driggs).

Some details:
-Looking for a female roommate, ideally late 20s or 30s
- WFH one or two days a week would be fine but probably not suitable for someone WFH full time
-Ideally looking for someone for 12 month commitment, but willing to discuss
-Must sign an agreement, $1200 deposit
-Room comes furnished with a bed and a/c unit, no closet but a shared landing with one other housemate
-Apartment has an AMAZING patio!
-Shared 1.5 bathrooms
-No laundry in building, but plenty of places nearby
-No pets allowed
-No couples

We are:
2 f and 1 m all in our late 20s/30s all with various schedules (2 of us travel a lot for work/family) but are super friendly and down for a chat or a drink when we're all around.

Seeking a roommate who will be courteous and respectful of our household.
