Looking for a roomate

I’m looking for a roomate in 2 bedroom apartment in Williamsburg. Smart apartment, lights appliances are app operated, no keys needed. Brand new stainless steel apalaiences, dishwasher and laundry in the apartment. Shower and kitchen sink has a water filter.
Room is fully furnished. Full bed with smart plugs for your iPhone modern U shape air conditioner, rug, deck shelfs. Lots of closed space.

Located on Grand Street/Bushwick Ave with lots of restaurants bars delis and grocery stores L, M,G trains close by. L train is right outside the building….9 min to 14th st Manhattan.

My Roomate is moving out next door so I’m looking for someone to move in June 1st.

Working long hours. I do have well behaved and loving kittens so you must be an animal lover. Apartment is cleaned weekly. Very clean.

$1500 a month plus security deposit (utility bills around $100 including ultra speed internet) month to month or long term.

I’m looking for someone who doesn’t party or smoke. I’m very chilled but prefer a person that like quiet and relaxed home environment.
