Hi! We have a room available in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in North Williamsburg. The rent is $1500/month, available starting June 9th. This move-in date is important as it's not the usual start of the month. The sublease is until the end of October, with the option to sign a new lease starting in November.

About Us:

Jacob is 32-year-old yoga teacher and movement professional. Work keeps him busy both inside and outside the house, but when he's home, he loves to cook, clean, and keep the space sparkling and welcoming. He enjoys traveling and occasionally hosting small gatherings, but he's always mindful of our shared space. Jacob is laid-back, friendly, and looking for a roommate who’s not just a housemate but also a friend—something he's lucky to have with his current roommates.

About Dan:
Dan is 30 and works as a social media manager. He primarily works from home but often films on weekends. Dan is incredibly chill, a huge sports enthusiast, and a fantastic cook. Thanks to him, our fridge is usually stocked with delicious food. Dan’s wife, Camilla, will be staying with us later this summer until September, when Dan will be moving back to Maryland. Living with Dan has been great, and I’m sure you’ll find him just as wonderful to be around.

We're both fairly quiet, chill, and clean, and we're looking for the same in a roommate. We don't bring the party home since we both never really party. Our motto is "Leave no trace behind and leave the place better than you found it."
