Large, Sunny Room Available in Williamsburg

A large room in a 3-bedroom apartment on a quiet street is opening up on July 1. The apartment is about 5 minutes from the Lorimer L stop and about 3 minutes from the Metropolitan G. Though the street is quiet, it is just a few minutes from many bars, restaurants, nightclubs, multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, laundromats, etc. McCarren is about a 10-minute walk away.

The room itself is large and sunny. It fits a pretty large bed, a desk, some drawers/shelves with space to spare. You'll also have a decent-sized closet with a mirror. A desk, a bed, and a nightstand are available for a small purchase, but otherwise, it's unfurnished.

There is a good-sized common area with a large couch, table, shelves, etc. The kitchen is stocked with essentials. The building has a strict no-smoking policy (including 420), but vaping is fine.

I have an 11-year-old Saluki. She is generally a quiet dog, a bit lazy, and friendly. She does not bark. She spends most of her time split between my room, my office, and the couch. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.

It will just be you and me in the apartment. I rent one of the rooms as my bedroom and the small room as my office. You will have your own bathroom.

I am a woman working in law in my early 30s. I often work from home, so I prefer living with other quiet, professional types.
