Looking for friendly, clean, respectful roommate

Very nice apartment complex on the waterfront of Poughkeepsie. One room for rental in a two bedroom apartment.
You will have your own bathroom with standing shower.

The amenity included: a small gym downstairs, pool in the summer, free parking outside, paid parking in the garage, no furniture come with the room but the entire living room and kitchen is furniture with my furniture.

I am looking for young professional, I am your roommate but you will be added to lease once we agreed to live together.

We pay for utilities together, WiFi, electricity and amenities fee every month.

We clean together once a week, to keep the apartment clean and organized please clean after yourself load the dishes and take them out, in unit laundry machine also use it but take your clothes out afterwards, my rule it’s that we are roommates and we each take care of our own responsibilities as adults. You can bring friends but respect my schedule and not partying making nosies in the apartment. As long as we respect each other we can get along.

I am looking for someone who have a full time job, clean, organized and respectful.

I am someone who is friendly, easy going and I have a full time job and doing school work after work. So I need someone who can respect my space.
