I’m looking to sublet this room while my current roomate is away for the summer.
All common areas will be shared such as bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room. Utilities are included in the rent.
About the location:
It’s a 5-10 minute walk to public transportation( L train, M14D, M8, M9 are the closest) 2 blocks from 14 street and a quick train ride to many places. There’s street parking and also city bikes available a half block away. We are close to a lot of colleges (Hunter, Baruch, The New School, FIT, NYU, Cooper Union etc.)
About the roommates:
Myself and 2 others will be living there (male and female couple and 2 cats). We are all in our early 20s. We like to hang out or stay home and sleep/watch tv. Most days the house is pretty quiet because we are either out, sleeping or at work. We are clean and friendly and we’re looking for someone who is the same.
