AC provided with in-unit laundry. Pets are OK on a case-by-case basis as long as they are trained. Old roommate moves out by the end of April looking to move someone in shortly after. A 10-minute walk from L train and down the street from the 14SBS. Several grocery stores all within 5 minutes of the apartment. C-town is right outside apartment with others further down the street.
Living with (Me): 1 male, works full-time and goes to University. Very chill, kind and personable! I enjoy writing and literature as well as making art. I enjoy hosting get togethers with parties happening 3 times out of the year (possibly less nowadays).
