Hi! I’m looking for roommates to move into my apartment in early August / late July for a 1-year lease. My current roommates are both moving in with family uptown to save on rent but I'm looking to renew as the apartment is great with a lot of perks to it.

Details below:
- great location in the Bowery area so an easy walk to anywhere in Soho, East Village, Lower East Side and easy commute to Midtown / West Side / Brooklyn
- 3 bed, 2 bath apartment on 6th floor (top floor) with an elevator
- In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher
- Spatious kitchen and living room that's furnished
- Large private roof deck and another shared roof deck both with great city views, also another balcony downstairs
- $2150 - $2300 a month depending on the bedroom (larger bedroom that has the whole bottom floor to itself will be a bit more, total rent is $6,750 for 3 ppl)
-tons of restaurants, gyms, bars in the area. Right across the street from a park with basketball courts, soccer field, etc.
- building is somehow very quiet, minimal noise comes in from outside

About me: I’m 25 and moved to NYC this past November (beginning of current lease). I work in finance in midtown, go into the office Monday - Thursday, and enjoy going to the gym / going out to new restaurants and bars in the city on the weekends. Ideally looking for someone who's also interested in those things, and is looking to have both a social and reasonably clean apartment.
