Subletting my room for April (flexible)

Hello, I’m going to be out of the city for all April, so I’m subletting my room for the Month. The dates can be a little bit flexible if, we can discuss.

The room is spacious and clean, with a great view of Central Park it’s on a high floor in a building on the north corner of Central Park (literally the corner of Central Park). The 2 and 3 subway is one large block away and the 6 train is 3 medium blocks away. The M1, M2, M3, and M4 buses stop at the corner.

The apartment has a large living room, one full bathroom and a half bathroom. Kitchen with all amenities, and a balcony.

My current roommates are very clean and respectful, so you must be as well. They’re super easy to live with so it’s a good environment.

The building has laundry in the first floor and security 24/7. We also have an Amazon hub for deliveries.
