The unfurnished room is in the back of the apartment and has a south-facing window overlooking the garden and providing a good amount of light. It is very quiet with virtually no street noise. There are two other roommates for a total of three.

Looking for someone who will co-habitate well. Not a party apt, and not for having friends over all the time. Respecting the space and other roommates is key.

Smokers okay, but no smoking in apartment.

Rent is due 1st of the month. The additional costs split 3 ways are: bi-monthly cleaning service ($40 each); monthly utilities ($51 each); and monthly WiFi ($37 each).

A security deposit of $1700 is required. Looking for a minimum 3 month sublease.

Great location near plenty of restaurants, art galleries, and shops. Half a block from the Highline, and a 5-minute walk to Hudson River Park. Near the 23rd St subway stop for the C and E trains, and the Hudson Yards stop for the 7 train.
