Amazing Chelsea Room Available With 2 Fun Girlies

Hey gals! There has been a change of plans!! For those who saw the previous post, GOOD news is that we are no longer requiring a broker’s fee or a furniture fee, but we are now only offering the room as a 3-5 month sublease. We are now only requiring a $200 security deposit and $2200 rent with everything included. Meaning there will be no additional charges for utilities or anything else.

My bestie/roomie and I are looking for someone to sublease 1 of the rooms in our super cozy 3 bedroom Chelsea apartment for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 5 months (negotiable for the right fit 😊). The room is currently an spare room that we are converting back to a full-sized bedroom with the same cream/wood vibe as the other 2 rooms. The apartment is furnished and we have hosted some fabulous dinners in our home. Our home is on 18th and 8th, which is absolutely the best location in Manhattan. We are a 3 min walk from the Chelsea Market and steps to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, etc. in Chelsea, Meatpacking, and West Village. It is the perfect safe space for a gal needing a short-term sublet without the hassle of a broker’s fee, applications, roommate finding, etc. My roommate and I are super nice girls who love to walk around all of Manhattan, eat at all the restaurants, and also hang out at home. We are basically NY’s best tour guides and we love making friends 🤪.

We are looking to fill the room as early as the first week of Feb! But we are very flexible and chill, so we are open to suggestions/questions.
