I’m originally from South Carolina, moved to NYC in 2020. Currently looking for a roommate to share my apt with starting 5/31/2024

The apt is located on 22nd/7th ave. Close to the A, E,C,1,2,3, F,M lines. The apt is a clean, newly renovated in 2023, 3rd floor walk up. Important Amenities include in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher. It will be a year renewal lease. Electric/wifi is about $80-90 at most per person p/month. Other questions about the space please feel free to reach out.

As for me, I’m an easy going 29yo guy from Charleston, sc. I love this apt and would love to share it with another fun, yet responsible adult. All I expect is a clean, responsible roommate that respects the space and is easy to get along with. I’m open to having occasional guests at the apt, pets, but smoking/drugs are a no go.
