Subletting my lovely studio while I’m out of town. It’s right under the high line on a quiet leafy street in west chelsea. All utilities, smart TV and Wi-Fi included. Very comfortable bed, bathroom with walk in shower, small kitchen / dining area and beautiful big marble fireplace. No stairs, it’s on the first floor. Must be a very clean and respectful person as parties are strictly prohibited.
