Looking for roommate (W/D in unit)

Hi! My roommate is moving in with her partner and I’m looking for someone to take over her room for the next year. I’ve lived in the building for four years and it’s in a great location (Chelsea). It’s a walk up apartment with a virtual doorbell & washer/dryer in unit. Besides electricity & wifi, utilities are included in the rent price. The room has two windows and lots of natural sunlight. The kitchen / living space is combined and small (pictures attached). The bathroom is bigger and has a full bath. The A/C/E train station (14th st) is very close by.
