Bright Alcove Studio Sublet - amazing location!

September Sublet (some flexibility in dates).

This doorman building is an amazing pre-war elevator building steps from the Highline, Chelsea Market, West Side Highway Park, Little Island, and great restaurants like Cookshop, Shukette, Cucina Alba, and Empire Diner. It has large windows and is bright and airy - technically a studio but we have a separate closed bedroom with doors that make it extremely quiet at night. Separate kitchen and bathroom (with bath and powerful filtered water shower head). Comes fully furnished. Included in the $6,000 is TV, internet, all gas, electric, water bills, AC, heating, and access to the basement laundry room (need to add $ to a keycard we can give you), there is a garage steps from the building. There is also a gym and pool in the building which is an additional $50 paid directly to the gym.

We will have it professionally cleaned before you move in.

Please bring bedding, pillows, sheets, and towels - these will not be provided.

We love our building and applicants must be trustworthy, quiet, and respectful of the building and our neighbors.

No smoking of any kind, no pets, no parties, no guests.

Strong preference for one person but would consider a couple.

We have a short sublet agreement to sign and would like to meet ideally in person or over Facetime.
$1,000 is due to secure the sublet, the rest of the payment due 5 days before the sublet starts. We also ask for an additional $1,000 refundable deposit that we will return to you within 2 days of checkout once we have confirmed no major damage past normal wear and tear.
