A nice apartment in a great location! The apartment is less than a 1 minute walk from the A/C/E trains, a 5 minute walk from the 1 train, and a 7-8 minute walk from the F train. Super easy to get practically anywhere in the city!

The apartment has a dishwasher, rain-style showers, exposed brick interior, spacious 15 foot high ceilings, and laundry in the building. Heat and water are included, and we get free WiFi via my roommate’s job at Google (electricity is the only utility bill we pay).
