RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The apply we will need:
• Credit verification
• Proof of income: three (3) most recent/consecutive paystubs (CPA letter and tax return may be requested for self-employed individuals)
• Bank statement: most recent bank statement detailing income
• Landlord reference letter
• Photo ID
• $20 application fee/applicant
• Separate completed Vero application

PETS POLICY
Residents are allowed two dogs to be registered in an apartment rather than one, with a weight limit of 75 pounds per dog
