LEGIT Industrial NYC Loft in Chinatown

Looking for a third roommate for our gorgeous NYC loft located in the heart of Chinatown. My roommate (F, 31) and I (M, 29) adore this place and want to share it with the right person who gets our vibe and loves the place as much as we do. 1700 square feet and 11 foot ceilings. Industrial furniture and decoration, white washed exposed brick, an incredible commercial-style kitchen (with every tool you can imagine). Roof access. 120 inch projector screen. Banging sound system. Chalkboard wall. Hella plants. I mean, what more can you ask for.

You'll be taking the medium-sized room, which I've included as a picture. We are a very outgoing household with people over often, and (just being straightforward) parties on the weekends. I split my time between NYC and Seattle, and she travels often for her job. She works in climate finance and I am a chip designer.

Looking for the right person to fill our spot :). We would love a roommate who's as inviting as us, but we're flexible and willing to meet in the middle so you're comfortable. What matters most is you're nice, reliable, and not too messy. And down for a movie night from time to time. Open to a large age range so long as you're fun and friendly.
