Amazing midtown split level with outdoor space

Hey guys. So we are renting our downstairs massive studio in our split level apartment. It? s huge and amazing. Hard to get it all in the photos but the outdoor space alone is worth every penny. Half bath downstairs and we all use the shower upstairs. Share the kitchen and you are welcome to share the upstairs living room even though several folks have set up their own living room downstairs. Come check it out if interested. Also we have a sweet lab mix dog named Rudy. :)
