I have a sunny, beautiful, new construction, luxury apartment in the Seaport District of Downtown Manhattan just blocks away from Brooklyn Bridge, World Trade Center, Battery Park etc. It's an elevator, 24 hr. doorman building with washer/dryer, dishwasher and wifi. My two kids are away for the summer so I am renting out a master bedroom suite.
There is a double bed, sofa and desk in the bedroom. It has an ensuite bathroom. I work days so will rarely be in the apartment except at night. I am neat, quiet, cook only occasionally and I would welcome students, professionals, couples--anyone who is clean and quiet. Guests are not permitted and no smoking is a must! Wifi and most utilities included.
