Alexis and I (Amanda) are currently searching for a third person for a year-long sublease, but are willing to extend further. both BIPOC and queer friendly, and we're just looking for someone chill to live with. preference will be given to anyone willing to stay long term. the house will already come furnished with things in the common spaces open to be shared! rent will be 1050-1250 + utilities, we’re open to negotiating! the house is off the 6 line, and multiple bus lines, so very easy to get around.
