Our Park Ave East Home, a premier co-living space located in East Harlem, just moments away from the vibrant 116th Street Subway Station. Conveniently situated on 101 East 116th Street, our property offers swift access to trains 6, 4, and 5, making it an ideal choice for those with commitments on the East Side of Manhattan. We have shared and private bedrooms in this apartment.
The prices provided are intended as an initial estimate and are calculated on the basis of a 12-month contract. However, the ultimate pricing will be influenced by several factors, including seasonal variations, availability, and the level of commitment.

You will be accommodated in a private bedroom. All rooms are carefully designed to maximize your living space without compromising your comfort. Your room will be move-in ready and fully furnished, there's no need to even bring a pillow:) Each room feels calm, spacious and light, offering the ideal respite from busy city living. Individual safes provided.

Our fully-furnished, modern homes cater to various living preferences, offering shared rooms and private rooms. Enjoy amenities such as a common kitchen, Wi-Fi, cleaning services, security, and a well-equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to feel at home.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. It also included: coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
We provide:

regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study;
