Hi, i’m looking for 2 roommates in East Harlem apartment 7/1/24 to 6/30/25. It's a beautiful spacious three-bedroom apartment. I’m in my mid 20s and work for the city. It’s important for me to maintain a friendly, clean, quite, and respectful living environment.
Rent: 1350 per month plus utilities

- Large bedroom with high ceilings, fireplace and plenty of natural light
- Outdoor terrace
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Transportation: walking distance to 4/5/6 and Metro-North, lots of bus routes
- Walking distance to Central Park (15-20 min), Marcus Garvey (5 min) and plenty of community gardens
- 10 min walk to a plaza with Target, Aldis, Marshalls, Costco etc. Foodtown also around the block.
- No-agency private landlords (only own our building) and close-by Super
