Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a new roommate to takeover a 1 year lease. July 1st Move-in!

A bit about me: I'm a 24-year-old working in financial services, with a hybrid schedule, hitting the office 2-3 times a week. I also love to travel (trying to tone it down a bit, though!). My hobbies include working out and dancing, and I'm pretty social on weekends. I welcome guests, as long as they're respectful.

I'm seeking an lgbt friendly, easy-going and respectful roommate to share this awesome space with. It's a 2-bed, 2-bath (you get your own!), with laundry in the basement. Rent is $1,475 including water, with electric and Wi-Fi running $50-75/month. Plus, we're surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and stores, just a 5-minute walk from the 4, 5, 6 subway lines and less than 10 minutes to Central Park.
