1 to 2-month apartment -mate, $2175.00 a month: Master bedroom (14 X 18), double-available for single or couple in 2 bedroom 1 bathroom fully furnished apartment. Master bedroom has two windows (one with downtown view), air conditioning, 42” TV (with cable box), 1 closet, and is fully furnished (King bed, chair, dresser, armoire, bookcases, small desk, lamps).

Kitchen (fully equipped), bath (tub with shower) and living room are shared. Living room is also air conditioned. Video intercom security system. Laundry room on 1st floor of building.

Monthly rent includes all utilities (heat, air conditioning, electricity), wifi high speed internet and cable (Time Warner). Cleaning is an extra fee $180.00 -$210.00 per cleaning minimum once per month. Additionally, there is a cleaning fee at move out (approx $240). References required. Available 1-2 months, July 1st -August 31st September 1st. (Could be available as early as June 24th if needed.) As only up to two months, Payment is due for the full time plus a $700.00 security deposit. (The cleaning fees during your stay and at move out can be directly paid or reduced from the deposit.) Target and Trader Joe’s across the street and Whole Foods 3-4 blocks; 24 hour drug stores and banks 1 block. Close to NYU main campus and Medical School , Dental School and to New School. And many restaurants and bars in the area. Cross-town bus on corner, NYU shuttle stop on corner, one block from L train and 1st Ave. M15 bus, and 10 minutes by foot to Union Square. Parking garage (with Zip cars) half-block away.

Tenant is professor/researcher away most of July and August and when in apartment stays in second bedroom. Required clean, tidy, easy going, responsible, graduate student or professional individual or couple.
