Great location in East Village/Alphabet City (3rd & C) close to grocery stores, bars, and parks/gardens. Quiet street. Right around the corner from M14D, the most reliable bus in all of Manhattan.
About us:
Two mid-20's guys working in energy & entertainment. We met at the University of Wisconsin and have been roommates ever since. Both very motivated, active, down-to-earth; and enjoy cooking, working out, watching HBO on Sunday nights, and making the trek to Brooklyn for the occasional techno concert. LGBTQ+ friendly.
