Looking for a chill roommate

I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting end of May. It's a 3br 2ba apartment located undoubtedly in the best neighborhood in your 20s ie East village.
The apartment is completely furnished, the room that is vacant is regular sized and not cramped unlike most apartments in NYC, has an attached private bathroom and again fully furnished so you can just move in with your belongings.
The apartment is shared with 2 filmmakers, both guys in their early 20s. Shared spaces include a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, dining space and the furnished living room which in itself is bigger that most shoebox studios.
The best part is a furnished PRIVATE rooftop that has the best possible manhattan views and perfect to host parties holding easily 30 people.
The apartment rent is roughly $1800 + utilities which usually averages $75 per month per person. Since it's a lease renewal, there will be a security deposit equal to the amount of one month's rent.
Lastly, the apartment was rented via the "Guarantors" llc company which if you are unaware is a insurance company to which you pay a certain fee in order to rent an apartment in NYC and not fall under the trouble of providing liquidity / funds worth more than 75xrent while leasing.
