Looking for 2 people to resign my apartment in the east village, one of my roommates will be moving in with her bf and the other is moving out of state :(
Looking for female roommates that are professionals in there mid to late 20s, would love to be friends (no pressure!) or at least friendly! I want to make this apartment a cozy, relaxed space for all roommates to feel at home in so I’d love your input on decorating and arranging the space ✨✨

About the apartment
- HUGE living room (comfortably fits 2 couches, one that pulls out to a queen bed)
- big kitchen with island, coffee bar and bar cart/shelving
- 2 bathrooms (amazing if you want your own bath! but open to figuring out how everything is shared)
- lots of natural light
- walk up (5th floor so no noisy upstairs neighbors)
- above a grocery
- across the street for wash and fold or 1 minute walk to laundry mat
- quick walk to tompkins square park!
- 2 rooms available, the smaller room fits a full size bed and would be best for someone who works in office everyday so they don’t need a desk, the large room fits queen dress and desk. Small room is pictured
- there’s a bus stop right outside, a city bike dock station a block away and a quick walk to trains

about me
I’m 25 - moved to nyc last year. Work in the fashion industry hybrid so I work from home usually 2 days a week. I have 2 adorable, chunky cats named Bo and Biscuit so you must be cat friendly! I’m out going and love having friends over for an occasional game nights or a drink, trying new restaurants and happy hours, thrifting and exploring the city! You will also find me regularly binging bravo on the couch!
