Room For Rent In Prime Fidi

I am looking for someone to take over my sublet room. (3 month minimum) in a sunny room in a modern and beautiful 2 bedroom. Students and remote workers encouraged!

The woman in the apartment has been there for 6 years, so you will not need to sign anything. This is perfect if you’re looking for a flexible stay without too much long term commitment. There is a cat in the apartment who is very sweet and keeps to herself.

You will be moving into a room in a 2br, 1bathroom (on the 3rd floor in a walk up).

The room is located in Prime Financial District right next to the Fulton Station which has 1/2/3/4/5/6/A/C/E/J/Z with quick routes to all boroughs. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to South Street Seaport and close to many grocery options including a Whole Foods. There are a lot of fun bars downtown as well if you enjoy nightlife.
It is 1 block from a laundry mat. It is also one block from Pace University, so it is perfect for college students.

The rent is $1750 / month and utilities typically come out to be $150.

I am looking for someone (women between 20-30 encouraged to apply) to move in on March 15th. Looking for serious inquires only and will base it on a first come first serve basis.

I am open to also showing you the apartment whether in person or via FaceTime please call or email me to schedule something. The room pictured will have the things on the walls removed and it will be a blank slate to whoever choses to live here. :)
