Bedroom available in 1 Bedroom Flex Apt. In FIDI

My name is Reece Cooke and I’m an entertainment attorney working at a big three record label. I’ve lived in the financial district now for about 5 years. I work a hybrid role (partially at home, partially in the office). I love sports, music, friends, great food, good energy and a good movie. I tend to go out maybe once or twice a week but I love my personal space and time to decompress at home as well. My job during the week is relatively demanding so I enjoy relaxing on my weeknights. I’m very cleanly and appreciate someone who equally respects their home and personal space and takes care of it.

I’m looking for a roommate to come in and take the spare bedroom room (furnished with a bed, bookshelf and side table) for the remainder of the lease (through September 2023). I had a roommate who I lived with the past few years who has recently moved in with his girlfriend and left the bedroom vacant. The bedroom is a true bedroom with a door and closet in the bedroom. As previously indicated, the bedroom comes furnished (Bed/Mattress, Bookshelf, Side Table) but can bring anything (within reason) you would need for the bedroom to make it more of your own, personal space. The shared spaces are the living room, the bathroom and the kitchen.
