The rent will be approx. 2,500 a month (depending on the room). The unit includes a furnished living room / full stock kitchen (since i've been living in the unit for the last two years). The unit also has a bathroom for each room. The building has a doorman, a rooftop pool/gym, and a nice lounge. My roommate and I are both working professionals, who enjoy sports, movies, and social gatherings on the weekend.
