Looking to sublet a room in my two bedroom Fidi apartment until October 1st (opportunity to extend thereafter). I am flexible to doing between 3 and 5 month rentals up to October. The rent is $2100 per month and utilities usually are about $100 per month. This is in an amazing location, close to Fulton street station which serves A, C,2,3,4,5, J lines.

With doorman and laundry in building. Open to leaving furniture if needed.
