Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s part of the lease in a 1 bed/2 flex apartment in luxury building in Fidi starting May 1st.
The lease ends at the end of September and there will be an opportunity to renew. Room is a true bedroom with a large closet. It is on one of the higher floors with a great view of the east river and the Brooklyn bridge.
You will be living with two girls, one works in insurance (me) and the other in architecture, both in Fidi.
Rent is $2250 a month and utilities are wifi and electric, which amount to around $50 dollars a month per person. Building has a gym, doormen and great staff, 24hr laundry room, a study room/game lounge with a pool table, as well as a rooftop with two grills. It is a 6 minute walk to the Fulton subway station and is in front of the M15 bus stop. Please dm if interested!
