walkable distance to Pace Univ. and Financial District work places
* Right in front of the Pier17 and South Street Seaport and Tin Building (the best spots in nyc)
* 7mins walk to Ground 0
* 7mins walk to Wholefoods, Eataly.
* Duae Reade, Coffee Project, and Japanese Deli on the first floor.

@ Cost
* the monthly rent is 2500/month
* deposit is 700$ (which will be fully returned at the end of the rent)
* Heat/water included, only pay for the electricity and internet (around 40$/month)
* Amenity fee is included as well

@ Roommates (two females)
* One is 26, American, Columbia MBA, and currently working in Banking, and another one is 22, American, working in Finance
* They both are mostly not at home during daytime in week days
* Very easy going and nice roommates!
(you have your own bathroom, so privacy is also great; you only share the kitchen)

If you are looking for a great view apt in a quite area but still eager to great access to any parts in NYC, this is the best choice. The view is truly the best; you can see Brookly bridge and city view including Empire State.
