I have an unfurnished room available in a 3 bedroom apartment in Fort George- 3 blocks from the 1 train at 191st street. It’s $1050/month all included with a 1050 deposit, and we’re looking for someone to stay long-term (1 year, preferably). The apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up with stairs to get into the building, and has washer, dryer, and dishwasher in-unit!
You’ll be living with myself, my boyfriend, and our cat. We’re both laid-back, and friendly. I work multiple jobs on a hybrid schedule, and my bf is an IT professional. We’d like to establish a monthly chore rotation so that common spaces remain clean (but if you’re like me and your room is messy that’s no problem).
Unfortunately, due to space concerns the room is single-occupancy only (guests are fine tho!), and we cannot accept pets. Please be COVID safe and LGBTQ+ friendly
