I'm looking to rent the room immediately to a single individual for $1000, (1/2 month rent deposit plus first month rent -WITH~2 month minimum, on a month /to month basis.

The room is 18 feet x 11feet , and hasTWO 5’6 x 3’1 windows, with views of the street, has nice wood floors throughout, high ceilings, and a closet. It comes furnished with a FULL size bed. It also comes furnished with a couch, nightstand, smart TV, in room, book shelve. Utilities such as, electricity, heat, hot water and FAST INTERNET access.

Additional $50 dollars a month for the use of the Electric washer/Drier. NO PETS ALLOWED

The building walk up 3er floor, a live-in super. The #1 train is available 2 blocks away from the apartment with accessibility to the M101-M32 bus. A-train is a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. Additional transportation is available via St. Nicholas for the M3, M100. Bx7. There are 2 major supermarkets + several green markets, 2 Dunkin Donuts with-in walking distance from one another, one on St. Nicholas and the other one on Audubon. Accessibility to bodegas, parks, open air spaces, walking areas. Rite-Aid walking distance from the apartment as well as plenty of private pharmacies. Steps away from Yeshiva University and a hop, skip and a jump to Dyckman Strip where there is a lively nightlife and access to plenty of restaurants.
