The building is close to the subway. It’s a 2 min walk to the 1 train (191th stop) and 10 min to the A train (190 street stop). It takes about 25 min to Midtown Manhattan and 10-15 min to Columbia University.
The neighborhood is dynamic with many options for restaurants and grocery stores.

The rent is $1400.00 a month, including utilities & high-speed internet.
