Kitchen is big and is fully stocked with a new oven, AC, Fridge. Bathroom has been freshly painted and has a new Bidet toilet seat. Rent includes cable and super fast wireless internet (500 mbps). Laundry available across the street. Electricity is extra and is $50 a month. Flexible about length of stay, a month’s notice is needed on the 1st of the month. No pets. Gramercy is a great area!
