2 Rooms in Gramercy!

Hi everyone! We are looking for 2 roommates for a lease takeover starting July 1st, as our other roommates are moving out. The current lease ends June 30th. These are 2 rooms available in Gramercy for $1505 each; each fits a full bed, desk, and some other small furniture, and each has a closet and great natural lighting. We also have in-unit laundry!!! The apartment is a second floor walk-up. This is a lease transfer so no broker’s fee.

Roommates are a 24 year old woman who works at a law firm and a 23 year old man who works in advertising. We both work 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH. We graduated from Barnard and Penn respectively in 2022. We are looking for someone friendly and respectful of the space; the common space is not huge (will have couch, coffee table, and small dining table) so we are looking for someone who is friendly, wants to make the space relaxed and considerate, and would be okay with occasional guests, although we are not huge partiers. We like trying new restaurants/bars/cafes, going to workout classes, going to concerts, and drag shows, so bonus if you like any of those!
