AVAILABLE NOW! I have a beautifully furnished Queen-size bedroom with two windows available. It has a queen-size bed, a large deep closet, a Mini refrigerator, a desk, an office chair, a large dresser, AC, and a 32-inch Roku TV.

You must be responsible, clean, and, most importantly, respectful of others. A roommate lease and contract are mandatory. The room is for one person only. I am located 2 minutes from the 1 Train at 145th Street and about 7-8 minutes from the A, B, C, and D trains.
