The apartment comes with a shared living room/kitchenette that includes dishwasher. Plenty of natural light.
The building has an elevator and additional laundry in the basement (costs money tho).
As roommates we are chill folks working and going to school. We pay our rent on time, wash dishes and take turns buying communal needs (like toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc) w/o much complaint.
We would love someone reasonable, respectful and down to grab a beer/coffee every once in a while to get to know one another. Wouldn't mind making a friend. Looking for at least 4 month commitment with opportunity to renew in Oct.
Challenges: package theft, approval from building needed, radiator is loud af, one of the roommates takes long showers.
