The Space:
Private and fully furnished room in a two-bedroom apartment located in Hamilton Heights steps away from the express subway lines and 18 minutes to downtown Manhattan. This spacious, comfortable, and very tidy 2-bedroom apartment is home to one busy hospitality professional— and interested in finding another that is a great match! The room has been vacated due to work re-location and looking to find a replacement on Spareroom.

-- 2 minute walk to the A/B/C/D subway, or 8 min walk to the 1 train at the 145th street stops, respectively. Multiple buses and Citi Bike dock locations nearby. The location is truly covetable. Regardless of where you work or study in the city the express trains shoot downtown extremely quickly providing quick access to wherever you want to go.

- Laundromat, Supermarket, and 24 hour Deli directly across the street
- Countless restaurants, bars, and coffeeshops within walking distance
- NYSC located 6 min walk away
- Jackie Robinson Park is one block to the east and Riverside Park three blocks to the west.

The room comes fully furnished with a full bed w/ bedding, lamp, desk, chairs, curtain, side table, bookshelf, and dresser. The window faces south but is quiet at night as it’s towards the backyards of surrounding buildings. Two enormous closet spaces available for separate/personal use.

Are you new to the city and working full-time? Or maybe a visiting student with a crazy schedule who needs a comfy and cozy furnished room so that they can focus on their studies? Welcome to Hamilton Heights! I am looking for a responsible and awesome roomie with a busy lifestyle to add to this comfortable home. Current roommate is friendly but also generally keeps to himself, and occasionally has announced guests. All the basic rules apply :) Always pay rent on time, mindful and clean of shared spaces, communicate and be respectful of space and volume. ( 4/ 20 friendly as well!)

The space is available immediately, on a month-to-month basis, and partial utilities are included. (Energy costs typically average between $50-$65) If a 1 month's advance notice is given before leaving the space and there are No Damages, the security deposit of 1100 will be cheerfully refunded.
