The apt is very spacious with natural light in every room, new kitchen and bathroom and conveniently located within walking distance from City College, Columbia University, the River Bank state park, Riverside park, Saint Nicholas park, lots of cafes, restaurants and endless shops!
It’s also located one block away from the 1 train at 137th St./ City College stop and blocks away from the express and local trains: A, C, D and B at 125th St / Bus stops half a block away.
The neighborhood is culturally diversified, lively with several plazas and parks!
My interests: Art, yoga, meditation, music, reading, nature, active and healthy living.
Looking for someone ideally with same or similar values who appreciates a nice home: professional female (ideally) friendly, respectful and super clean, who sees home as a zen place to recharge.
*Rent: $1,400
*Security deposit: $1,400
About the utilities:
Only some utilities are included: heat, water and hot water. WiFi and electricity are not included: about $60 a month for both, plus household expenses: about $20 a month
No smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no party central, no over-night guests (except family and close friends with prior notice)
Sorry no pets. Room for one person only.
