Single Room, Private Bathroom - 3-Month Stay

Hello! I'm moving out of my room due to work reasons. The apartment is a 5-bed, 2-bath located around the corner from the 1 Train at 145th Street. Kitchen and shared living space available. The room available has a private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. There is a washer/dryer in-unit. The room is available July 1st-October 1st, with the option to renew after the 3 months. The other tenants are between the ages of 21-25. Two are males. Two are females. The two males are working professionals. One female is a student. One is a working professional. Everyone mainly keeps to themself, while also enjoying a kitchen chat or movie night from time-to-time! All are very respectful and clean. The room can come furnished with a twin bed and desk or unfurnished (whichever you desire). Extra utilities range between $20-$25/month. The internet is handled by another roommate; you pay her between $2-$4/month.

Requirements:
- Income 40x rent (80x with guarantor)
- Credit score 680+ (flexible depending on income)
- 3x rent in checking/savings
- Proof of employment and other documents
- NO SECURITY DEPOSIT
