Incredible Apartment on Riverside Drive!!!!

Hello All!

I have a three-bedroom apartment with a large family room, foyer w/dining table (seats 10), kitchen with lots of counter space and cook
friendly, and an armoire, and sunshine, in a pre-war building. The available bedroom is 12 x 7.5 with a brand new full size bed, desk/chair, closet, air conditioner, and chest of drawers. You will have access to the whole apartment including high speed internet, 50” flat screen TV, Netflix/Hulu, Apple TV, Bose speakers in the family room; and best of all……..the utilities are included.
You must be a health conscious/fit, male who likes living in a clean place and is willing to pick-up after
yourself. We are a liberal household. No drugs, no pets, no wild parties (guests/dinners are fine), and sleepovers are cool. Most importantly………no financial issues! You have access to the 1, A,B, C, and D lines, and you can get to midtown in about 20-minutes. One stop from City College, two stops from Columbia, and two stops from Columbia Presbyterian Hosp. I work during the day and often
late on weekends. Extras include a filtered water system, towels (paper/bathroom), basic common use items, lots of kitchen cabinet space, and general house
maintenance. (You'll never have to sweep, mop, dust or throw out the
garbage!!! I am very friendly and active, and I have a great ear when
you need one. Oh!!!! Great views, bars, restaurants, pickup/drop off laundromat, top floor, and little to no noise!! My roommate is a very cool, laid back (and very smart!!), NYU graduate who loves movies and writing. He’s finishing up his second Master’s degree. I am an outgoing business professional/contractor/investor who’s into sports, museums, weightlifting, music, concerts, movies, and occasionally hosting dinner parties.
The room will be available on July 15th, and perhaps sooner. This is ideal for a very busy person, especially students, who
just want to come home to a quiet, clean apartment. I prefer someone who’s ACTIVE, 18-35, has little to no extra stuff, and doesn’t work remotely. I'm pretty stocked and you can use it all!! Please tell me about yourself in your response.
