Lovely Bright Room Available, Great Location!

Sadly I'm moving out of my room due to a change in circumstances, but lucky for you I'm subletting it!

I'm looking to sublet my room in this great apartment with a lovely roommate from 22nd May.

It's a 1 minute walk from 2,3 trains and Central Park :)) Loads of nice cafe's/bars/restaurants just a short walk away, laundrette across the street, and a grocery store round the corner, what more could you want?

The sublet will be from 22nd May-31st July, with the potential to renew the lease from 1st August for a whole year. (preference will be given to people who want to stay long term)

You would be living with my lovely flatmate Maayan and her two cats Forest and Faun (they are super adorable and will happily sit on your lap).

Looking for someone who is keeps common areas clean, is friendly, and pays rent on time :))

Apart from rent, monthly bills and internet usually come to around $50 per person. Also, the furniture in the room belongs to me but am happy to sell some or all of it to you when you move in if you would like the room furnished.
